  • Providing skills, awareness for addressing racism, colonization at individual level

Our philosophy:

It’s our belief that all individuals and organizations have the capacity to be in good relationship. We strive to help people understand and counter various forms of oppression, particularly racism and colonization, in ways that support good relationship.

While we work for an anti-oppression and systems approach, we know this work is heart work. For us, this work means co-creating new ways of being in relationship. It involves listening, learning, unlearning, shifting, and making mistakes. It requires time, truth, and good process. It takes love, courage, and humility.

Jackie was very trauma-informed by letting us know what was expected ahead of all conversations. She was also so invested in the material that it added an additional layer of meaning to this work.

Strategic Planning

We seek to ensure the planning process best fits your organization and is an engaging experience. Each planning process is co-designed with your organization’s goals, community, and resources in mind.

Design and Evaluations

We help you learn from the community by collecting feedback and guidance. We also support projects or collaborations as you plan or design your ongoing work.
